At SalesTrackLive, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. We offer a 14-day free trial with no payment required. This policy explains how we handle subscription cancellations and refund requests after payment has been processed, ensuring transparency and fairness.

Subscription Cancellation
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of the billing period
  • All your data remains accessible until the end of your billing cycle
  • You may export your data before your subscription ends
Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds for technical issues preventing service use (case-by-case basis)
  • Prorated refunds for extended service outages (>24 hours)
  • Full refund for duplicate or erroneous charges
  • No charges during the 14-day free trial period
  • Lifetime Access purchases are final and non-refundable
Non-Refundable Cases
  • Subscriptions canceled after the 14-day free trial period ends and payment is processed
  • Cancellations due to violations of our Terms of Service
  • Partial or unused subscription time after payment
  • Special promotional offers marked as non-refundable
  • Any subscription payment once processed after free trial period
  • Subscriptions purchased through affiliate referrals

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days
Free Trial & Billing Cycle

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days after trial ends
  • Annual subscriptions are billed every 365 days after trial ends
  • Plan upgrades are prorated - you only pay the difference
  • Plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
